RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Another scamThanks Maxmoe, very helpful. Turn the tables ref is directed at Fancamp. They believe they are untouchable at this point, if this scuzzy PP goes through. The form they filed on sedar re material change shows all the shareholders are not interested parties!! And no director abstained or voted against. 

The longtime shareholders, who ARE interested parties  are left in the dark. I wonder if James Hunter was offered to partake? 

I would think the regulators might want to do their jobs on this one, especially since the offering was made in the U.S. as well.

Follow the money regulators!!!!
