I think your theory of the same illegal activity still remaining after the debacle Thindal episode is a bit far fetched. 

You are suggesting they are still padding revenues and I simply don't think the CEO would be literally that stupid. You do and that is fine but lets give her a modicum of intelligence whenit comes to going to Jail or not. And the BoD for that matter. 

CEO had vision but no means to manage that vision. To think that a company would now be conspirinng to pad revenues in the way they have with the contracts signed would be one of the wildest things I have seen in over 25 years as a market participant. I have only experienced the padding of revenues twice in that time from companies that I was an owner or former owner/trader.
