And, as nottobe pointed out, the former CEO bought a lot of shares in the market, plus she converted a lot of options at much higher prices.
Of course, the bashers never mention that, or the obvious efficacy of the software, or the great many smaller contracts, or the increasing revenue, or the profitability, or Cognizant or the bigger contracts.
There are a few issues remaining here (adherence, A/R and delayed financials), but not mentioning everything else shows a total lack of balance. And, balance is what investing (and life, I should add) is all about.
These are not investors. There is another agenda at work here.
It looks like my next round of ignores approaches...
