RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Link to BCSEC hearing regarding pump and dump allegations. To assign any credibility to the statements of those former employees - who compensated the company for their alleged deliberately harmful misdeeds - made 5 years ago, is to show a lack of balance and perspective at the very least, and probably something much more sinister.
Also, it shows no respect for the 380ish new contracting parties who each would have done their due diligence before entering into said contracts and many of whom would have given references to newer parties, including Cognizant and those larger groups Reliq has signed up.
The latest class action was settled in part because the lawyers indicated their was a substantial likelihood it would fail. And, thankfully for shareholders, much of the cost was picked up by insurance.
Now, as to potential write offs, further lawsuits, etc., my whole point all along has been to wait until financial come out before drawing conclusions. To do so earlier is to show no balance or perspective.
Anyway, it's time for the "ignore" for you. Go ahead and have the last word, or several. Pile on as much nonsense as you can come up with. Maybe you can find something from 10 years ago!

This was then basis to lawsuit that reliq had to pay off for 2.5mln dollars not to admit guilt.
Since then, exactly the same thing is happening, and following these financials, you are likely going to see a quick lawsuit by PP participants with exact same result
