Good on you Landhunter!! The fact that a delay of AGM was applied for and granted in October without any public announcement is dark, suspicious and surely crosses a line.
It goes a long way to explaining the timing for the egregious private placement which must be stopped.
It is clear as can be, these operators, who don't operate, are hiding the AGM from shareholders and dodging being made accountable.
They are trying to do another version of the Scozinc plan of arrangement tactic, this time the dilution would be close to 40%.
They are looking for total control of the company and all the plans that KWG had to benefit fancamp and Magpie shareholders would be permanently doomed. I don't see kwg and fnc being besties.
It is a lose/lose scenario.
They really need to be kicked out. Good luck LH, hope you can let us know what reason was given for the AGM delay when you find out.
