First, wait until if/when the company is approaching profitability or new markets in which TLRY can compete are slated to open up before investing.
Second, if a company is a serial acquirer, it usually ends up at a lower share price (at least over the short term) as the market usually punishes a company buying up others as the investment community typically concludes that the buyer overpaid (whether it's true or not).
If the above does not materialize, you never buy a share and move on.
