Not too sure how much folks know about sales and margin numbers however if you sell high volume you can actually get more money in vs selling less volume for higher margin.  Making a bit less per sale but selling a whole ton MORE is actually a net positive.

I would strongly encourage folks to read over the report in detail, read it twice, read it three times, how ever many times it take for you to get a feel for the positives and the negatives to draw your own conclusions. 

Judging a report based on comments from a stock forum is likely not going to do you many favors and juding a company by the shareprice is result in you missing trading / investment opportunities.

As alway, the best research is the research you do yourself.

Okay now for all of you reading the 2nd paragraph of the quoted. I would encourage you to understand that a lot of times selling less volume with higher margins, makes a company way more profitable than being a high volume with smaller margin company. If margins were equal that would be a different story. But if you make twice as much profit when selling half as much product, then who wouldn't want to do that. Don't be mislead by foolish thoughts.
