I would never give up the option of just dump and run with these guys as a worst case scenario. These greasy deals are ideal for major shareholders that already own free trading shares. They can, and often do, buy the deal at a big discount, sell their free trading stock in the market, and score the warrants for "free". It's justified if the company NEEDS the capital like almost all penny stocks do, but fnc does not need the capital, AND the deal is made available to all. Unfortunately, Their ulterior motives are driving this transaction. Like too many other moves pulled off by the wannabee Swiss gnome from Zug, wannabee Zurich. Sad.
