RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hi Ho, Hi Ho It's off to Court We GoThe other lawsuit (brought by the Martins) is in respect to how they were working as construction managers for the Solargram Farm buildout but in April 2020 finances started getting tight, they were owed $455,000 (or so) in invoices and were asked if they would take the monies owing in shares. They were told the shares value should be going up to $2-$3 per share in the near future. Unfortunately, as with everybody else, they were duped and with shares now at $0.035 they want their money back. In a nut shell.
