RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Fund Manager: NILI has SPECTACULAR GRADES The regulators conducted a full scale audit of shorting, naked shorting and algorithims.   Their conclusion was that there was no manipulation or abusive trading.  Movements in price had nothing to do with this.

What moves stocks are:  ETF, mutual funds, big position by one investor like Cell and, senior groups of widows whom have money and get together to do some trading.  I met a group of seniors meeting once per month and trading millions of dollars.
