Trying to Solve the Puzzle

Trying to Solve the PuzzlePresumably, and it looks like SEDAR+ is up and running (from it's planned down time for maintenance on Saturday, January 13, 2024.

However, I found out the the Ontario Securities Commission web portal was down for maintenance on Thursday, January 11, 2024 and I have yet to determine if the OSC web portal is up and running.

I make this point as FOBI is listed on each of the provincial financial governing body web portals, and I'm not an expert in Canadian Corporate Filings Rules across the country.

I ask the question: Does a Issuer like FOBI required to file its financials (or other public documents) simultaneously on all the provincial Financial portals?

Help me out if anyone knows.
