Gavin made it clear he wants to lower the cost of transactions, he will do this with bilateral agreements with other fintechs in jurisdictions we may not yet have direct agreements with (eg. SEPA and Swift). 

I'm not sure what the plans are for SEPA and Swift, I may ask Gavin that as he didn't get any questions on that part
