They out of cash. They burn through 7.8m last quarter and they started this quarter with only 1.1m and haven't done any financings. Sure they have revenue but none of it will reach the bottom line.
When you read a company name that says formally after it, you know they're people that just follow the next big thing. When the fad is over they're on to the next big thing and leave you holding the bag. Wish you well.
