I think it's because MP/Ly will partner with Ucore.
Would be dumb not to --- @ minimum they'd contract Rapid as a back-up

MP is contracted with GM

That's a great sign that the REE industry is really this time, seeing major corps step-up & challenging the china aspect

REE's are to china, what the strong arm, US financial control is.
