Like a swiss clock eh??

So when Monkey said sell at 80c to protect your money and told you that will get much worse.. no time to sell. Even advised that I sold at a loss compared to my recent buyback price but I chose to preserve my capital and limit my losses. Hopefully so e listen to this.

If you think that this is bad, wait more to see. Already explained that management can limit the fall by reassuring investors that construction will start as previously announced. They don't do that, so draw your own conclusions why. The real dropp will be when they don't start construction activities this Spring.
But of course it's not management's fault lol it's the market. But hey it's their job to make reasonable assumptions and they did by increasing the SC price... when even me, a retail investor was pointing that this was wrong and just done to cover the additional expenses and labor camp, that was missed from the previous FS iteration. The only difference is that CRE management gets paid regardless of their output, but we all lose if they don't deliver.
