Please explain.....

outstanding shares were over 200M just a couple of years ago.  


company has made great progress on share buybacks and debt reduction. 


I was a holder of husky and cve.  It's worked very well for me.  


current price is cheap if oil is trading low to mid 70's. 

everything working against cve right now creates a catalyst for returns.
