On the PRO side, the big name putting capital into the project as an investor gives vailidity to the project. And, the market can also assume that more money is potentially available from that big name should the project continue to show posiitve exploration results.
On the CON side, there doesn't seem to be sustained rallies in the junior stock once the big name comes on board. However, we haven't seen a strong gold market for so long it's hard to remember what things "used to be like". Recent deals have mostly shown lackluster market action on the news.
On the PRO side, if we can finally see a strong bull market in gold stocks and more specifically gold junior explorers, the Treaty project is massive enough in scale and has many positive attributes, meaning that it should be the subject of a strong bidding war. Those bidding wars can be incredibly exciting and add serious value as the premiums to market rise with each competing bid. We have an asset that should trigger an intense bidding war, assuming we have a strong gold market that aligns.
