RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:For Directvoice and StocksoutsX And Interested Others@ 1Student. I see only one major problem with the deal and maybe it's why the market is reacting very badly to Mason. Does the deal really generate recurring cash for Mason? Not really. Sure NOU will make money and increase in SP should it be but Mason will only cash in shares to keep the lights open and then what? I think it's not enough for Mason to own shares from NOU and SWAN. Mason must eventually generate their own recurring profits to justify a higher SP. I think the market would have reacted better if NOU absorbed Mason in a share swap and then watch out for NOU SP going forward. I have to conclude that NOU had a better deal than Mason at this point in time. IMO.
