The Company owns the 100% of the rights to the Lac Gueret property, which consists of 74 map-designated claims totaling 3,999.52 hectares.

If as you claim it was for peanuts, where is the enthusiasm of NOU shareholders? The stock is actually down since the deal was announced. The value of Lac Gueret is overrated by many retail investors, in my opinion. It will take hundreds of millions to develop these deposits, that's why NOU and als Syrah are trading at market caps of around $200mn, graphite (mining) is not that sexy!
