ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. It is focused on generating and developing antibody therapeutics selectively targeting toxic misfolded proteins in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and multiple system atrophy (MSA). PMN442 is a drug candidate being developed for MSA designed to selectively target and protect against pathogenic a-syn species.

Was wondering that at 0.95 but the volume wasn't much to worry about.
What would be the point? Presumably the game is to gain strong control near $2 then let phase 1b or 2 results bring in new investors at significantly higher prices without threatening that control. If that is the plan then execution is going well and there is too much opportunity cost to take it private.
