Maybe, but alcohol is not a schedule 3, so apples to oranges right now.

Tilray already ships medical cannabis to the USA. There are exceptions and we will have to see how it plays out. 

Luckly Tilray Brands already operates Federally Legal in the USA with its beverage division. Smart move on expanding your brand in the USA prior to any rescheduling or descheduling., which I might say, could take years. 
How many MSO's will be shuttered by then?
