Something to Consider… The longer our share price languishes while Xtract's business side is crushing it...
...the more susceptible we are to a bargain basement buyout.
We are looking increasingly attractive to potential buyers. Undervalued share price, increasingly solid financials, good branding, great partnerships and a leading edge product.
Investors get impatient. Boards even get impatient.
I don't think you want to put loyalty to the test if someone drops a two dollar buyout offer on the table.
Not everybody is going to stay long in hopes of a ten bagger. A lot of folks would see a 3-4x ROI from a $2 offer.
I'd love to have a reason to stay in the game, but if we are still at the .60-.70 level in June or July, I'd be willing to more than double my money on a $2 buy out.
Why not?
