Been studying IT Virtu Groups alogrithm, they have it set atthe moment to take action as soon as the price goes above .07. At .075 it starts throwing out junk sell orders trying to knock the price down back down to .07. Also, If the price is stagnant at .07 the alogrithm will start doing larger sell side orders (the pitcher) to their other accounts (the catcher) in an effort to drop it down to .065 or lower.
Personally, this could be involved with money laundering or illicitlly raising money for 'unliked' regimes. When I'm ready, FINTRAC and CSIS will get a formal package documenting my security concerns.
