This definitely exists, I'll have to do a search myself but I've definitely seen it. They had to do a release about it because Rob hadn't filed the necessary paperwork (I think he missed the deadline by a year).
I don't think he sold a massive amount at $4 but there were massive dumps at $2.80 - $3.50 if memory serves.
But to note he has reacquired a lot of shares at a lower price since
