RE:RE:New Press Release - BIOVAXYS ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF FIRST TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENTI am wondering why did they  do it in tranches since it was not announced as such! alsoi believe the acquisition is dependent on the pvt palcement but is it dependent on the the whole thing or thefirst tranche is enough! who knows.. a step in the right direction but i don't feel safe yet especiall asi added shares.. glta
