RE:RE:AGM DELAY TACTICSYes, you've mentioned  the uselessness of the BCSC before and thanks for it. It frames the problem, the system is broken.

The protection for the average shareholder, who may be blinded by company promotion and the exciting desire to make a big return based on general market conditions, consists of a very thin layer of forms and standardized responses covering a brick wall protecting not the investor but the companies and themselves it seems.

There is always the reasonable expectation  investors will be protected  from the obvious underhanded actions of operators and their misdeeds through what is known as common sense.

So why isn't this happening here, with Fancamp?

This company has a long list of really  bad moves in the last three years,  in particular the making a mockery of  the AGM process in order to steal the company from shareholders.
