More self enriching to directors... from another board:

Every one of the current $CISC board members that voted themselves in the market options at 0.17 needs to be removed. I hope the new board can cancel this blatant act of self dealing. It is almost as if they did all these insane acts to drive down the share price to lock in this low option strike price. The current board is scum.
