RE:USCG

RE:USCG

Hi Primpage!

M&A isn't an activity I have any view of.   The only update on USCG I've been told is that their process is progressing positively.  I imagine that there's a gap between diligence and delivery as deals are complicated but I really don't have anything for you on this one

While I've got you all, don't gloss over the ESG release as fluff.    Many a transaction has been derailed by not having this part squared away.   Cynthia has been on top of ESG from the get go and it's extremely positive that her team is able to issue the report that we see today.   A junior cannot be sold until ESG is in good order and we can check that box as well

Hope that helps.

Hi Steve,

I imagine you're counting down the days?!

Before you leave, would you be able to get an update on USCG's progress? It took nearly 3 months from their engagement until they were "nearly complete" at the Annual meeting on Nov 15, additionally it's been nearly 3 months since the meeting. Are they complete? What did they find?

thanks for your time!
