Mary Jones THC infused beveragesare destined for Canada. Ontario to be exact, to start.
I'm guessing if it goes from the US to Canada it should go the other way from Canada to the US.
Listen up Tilray and Canopy.
It seems the loophole is for hemp derived thc Delta 9 gets the immunity idol while THC from marijuana doesn't.
I keep thinking Tilray has been in buying mode for beer companies and maybe they should be looking at TNY/BLAZE, Jones and BevCanna for rapid setup in the US with hemp derived that can cross State lines and get you high. BevCanna is in BC where they grow wicked, safe pot which could be hemp if there isn't enough.
The legal difference between hemp and marijuana seems to have been circumvented by science and biology, at least to cross State lines and International lines too?
I'm just spitballing about Tilray but that threesome could work for Tilray and get them doing cannabinoid business in the US which is their goal for success.
I would like to see more players pushing the treatment benefits of cannabinoids or even go for pharma designations.
There is a whole market already to go out there for cannabinoid treatment for aches and pains, anxiety, sleep led by veterans and such.
Where there is a will, there is a way and kudos to those that are taking advantage of this opportunity that could easily have been written in to a fair bill for potpreneurs but instead is being used as a political plum by politicians who are creating job security by churning all of the pot bills without passing any.
We need a level playing field with beverage alcohol and potpreneurs need to invest in the lobbying effort so that potpreneurs have the same opportunities as every other business concern that have access to banking, brokering and Interstate commerce.
