Thanks. Agreed on both points.

Aeroplan/credit card programs are providing AC/airlines a stable asset value unlike aircrafts, which in recessions would loose some of its asset value. A quick comparison, railroads continue to have high asset value through out ecnomic cycles. And this is one of the reasons for higher multiples

Aeroplan/credit card is going to give AC/airlines higher asset value leading to higher multiples once sustainable FCF is established.
