For most companies 600k is nothing but for Kane I admit that it's interesting. 
The special meeting is just to vote for the new guy on the board so not too exciting. 
 
What I'll like to ear about is the STEM deal, the Revyve production/sale and Trial for DispersinB / Acne.
A distribution deal for DermaKB would not hurt either.
