Like I said before, a consolidation of the number of shares after this dilution event doesn't really change too much other than numbers.  Perhaps I'm too focussed on EXRO's tech and I am discounting the value SEA brings to the merger.

How this story is unfolding is simply disappointing to me because it's not happening the way I thought it would.  Anyway, maybe we should just be happy we have an interest in a ongoing concern rather than be sent packing for $5/share.

I assume there are many like minded people like me still around that believe EXRO'S tech will be fundamentally necessary in an electrifying world.
