You have a hard time understanding basic text. I never praised the 6 cent offering. In fact I believe I said it was a.tad strange. But what makes sense is if they are trying to clean up a BS (that means reducing debt not increasing it - sorry if you don't understand that concept but I'm not sure how else to explain it....) and if they are laying staff off and absorbing one time costs relating to that, then it makes sense. I don't work for the company so all I van do is interpret the best I can. I suspect those are the reasons for the PP. If the company gets sold for $300mm then it's all irrelevant anyways. You need to educate yourself friend.
