The 2nd tranche gets cancelled.. check the history it's happened before on FOBi

I've been upside down on holding this stock and really looking forward to trading only & even for coppers until this company can prove itself.

3.5 years later holding has only punished investors and the report card of FOBi proving itself =says F

It'd a trading stock until managment proves otherwise.
