Someone is loading up, and in a big way, from what I see from the chart...(Imo)
Is it Fobi's last chance, I say yes, but I think we are in for 1 more run. I will wait patiently for this next run. I sold way to early on the last run.

I will admit didn't think they would complete the raise even at an all time low sp and a full warrant which is sad for shareholders but they  haven't gone bankrupt yet so there's that
