Yes and that made sense at the time as it seemed that it was implied that since they did not exercise that they had no interest in supporting the company or the sp and I too was not too happy about that except that I was able to find and let everyone know that as a result of the options not announced on sedi that they either expired or were exercised that they only way they could do this and be in complinace with the sec was if they were in a Blackout period and I found this information within a previous AGM circular.
Now having said that I really wish they would have sent a strong message to all shareholders that they care about the sp and support the company and actually bought some shares by exercising so they found a work around through their own company policies and are in compliance.
The only solace I have at this time that this confirms that they are in an extended Blackout period and if I find that they are misleading shareholders than I would be the first to report them to the sec as I am frustrated enough with the timeframes and more.
And for those that they the sp does not matter, well that is only in the case of a BO so I think that pretty well everyone on this board except for maybe a couple do care about the sp.
