Don't pay him any attention - clear he can't read the business.

Glad they are being prudent with their capital and maintaining a strong balance sheet. Also like the re-negotiation of the credit facility that'll lead to lower interest rates.

Overall, BV per unit is $21.12/unit - only trading at 0.8x BV. Cheap!
