RE:what was the actual reason?Yes, given how exro missed or delayed on everything in 2023, and continue into 2024, disaster is about to happen. 

The projection of coil driver is 1000 units in 2024, UL is not guaranteed to deliver in 2024, who is going to guarantee the 10k units of coil driver in 2025, the leverage policy is not working, no NDA is eager to adopt coil driver, kind of I now knew your stuff, we will decide later


Sea drive will give exro new prospects to deal directly with Large or small clients, no years of R&D just by integrating the coil driver.

All exro needs now is to integrate coil driver to sea drive from passenger car to class 8 trucks, and any NDA have to pay upfront for additional development
