RE:RE:Corporation Crazy buys a property and gives Right-of-Way"bankruptcy, disolution, insolvancy or ANY REASON"...... can not void the easement.  

If Corporation Crazy disolves, Corporation JFC will be responsible for honouring the right-of-way.  

Easement (guarantee) continues.

All just my opinion/view/thinking
