Emergent is a new company with two brands on their website, one of those brands is Tinley. Sure they may distribute some other brands as well, big deal.

Beckett's was on Walmart website before Emergent even came into the picture. Same goes for Costco, BevMo, etc. The Hemp Beverage Alliance are the ones working with these hemp companies & seem to have the pull in that category, Emergent is a nothing burger because Beckett's can ship directly to TWM warehouses now eliminating the need for middlemen like Emergent, for that specific client.
