I dont believe they left amicably and Emergent and TWM were already part of our strategy. Tom was brought to Tinley by Doug and now Emergent is run by Doug as rhe co-CEO. The reason we kept revs coming in was because of TWM/Emergent.

Here we are, 11 weeks in with our cash and we didnt bring Emergent in to take us into HD9? 9 brands, 34 skus brought to market and yet we fefuse to bring them in when the entire idea was to do quick turnaround on our NA and HD9. We just got our NA's produced and still waiting on HD9. 

Meanwhile, Ellison tells us Teddy is doing tyhe work of 5 men but wont delegate to a proven entity that is the reason we have sales revenue of our NA's. Yeah, I think Teddy makes decisions based on personal reasons.

Thse guys have failed us investors. This company is in dire need of an overhaul to ensure we grow.
