When will this company

When will this companystart to make some real money?  A five or ten year chart looks abysmal. They have had a lot of hurdles. The strike lasted forever, beetle infestation is a forever probem, covid problems, labor problems, indigenous problems...u name it.  But they have some real attributes..cedar is a special product, the move into mass timber is encouraging, linkups with native bands seeem to be the model of the future.  At some point soon housing should pick up...the demand is there, just need some lower interest rates to kick start the cycle..
And cmon.....58 cents....r u kidding me....screams value...

Just wondering
