RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:video interview First, let's assume you are meaning PYR "sales" of HPQ shares. If this is an incorrect assumption then I don't know what you are referring to as purchases.
At the end of Q4, PYR held 11.4 million shares, as per Note 10 in its financials. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.
Pascali purchased 3.7 million in April - Q2.
Bernard said he is relieved the PYR's selling overhead is over. I am assuming that he is in touch with PYR and knows they are done. So, if they really are effectively done, between Jan 1 and about Apr 10, PYR must have sold 7.7 million shares and most of this must have been in Q1. One could look at the historical volume to see whether this many shares were indeed sold. If not, then PYR may have more shares.
The NR about Pascali purchase does not indicate that PYR holds no more HPQ shares so I am making this assumption based on the way that BT talked about it. But it could be that PYR told him that they will stop selling for awhile. Who knows, the share price drop was previously blamed on manipulation, shorters, paid fudsters, you name it....certainly not on PYR until about a month ago. We will find out in Q2 financials.
Pumpers can correct if anything is factually wrong or unreasonable deduction based on facts.
