RE:RE:The success of LABS If the generic drug is a completely new treatment method, nothing stands in the way of approval! The active ingredients of Epidiolex are not patentable. JAZZ's patents relate to the treatment of epilepsy. Epidiolex is a brand name, the active ingredient is CBD. Medipharm and its partner can refer to the active ingredients of Epidiolex and still no patent is infringed.
