If Montalva has a pulse why cant you find anything on it on the web except for GRB news releases?!

Don't you think there would be some mention about it like they want to do this in Puerto Rico but they can't do anything becuse of the pending lawsuit with Greenbriar? Nothing.

Puerto Rico is pretty bad on a lot of things but give them credit they sure know how to write a NDA.
