Unfortunatley, they weren't able secure a joint venture partnership with a large Asian cap manufacturer and they failed to commercialize the technology. Failing in this way is not unsual for a tech startup.
And just so you know, large cap makers don't tend to want to canabailize/disrupt their own product offerings and past capital investment. Nothing nefarious in that. Stop projecting your odious motives and flaws onto others.
