RE:RE:RE:RE:Eesu Hello Fibb.
1.
No one has said or claimed that there hasn't been progress towards an Eesu. The problem is that it was claimed that there was a prototype. But no one outside of Zenn/Eestor has ever seen it. The obstacle that stood in the way of the research was that C.N. had died and his expertise could not be relied upon because there were no relevant records. At least supposedly. So where is the Eesu?
2.
Yes, capacitors have been developed and certified. Apparently none of the capacitor manufacturers were interested. Presumably because they only supplied “potato electricity”. If Eestor had had something disruptive, capacitor manufacturers would of course have bitten. Simply because a company likes to gain an advantage over other companies. If you say there was a major Asian buyer for the capacitors, why isn't the name revealed? I don't think that, now that there was no contract, this would not be covered by the non-disclosure agreement. Also, why not call it by its name? There are said to have been two Chinese interested parties.
3.
Yes, maybe I'm crying here. You are definitely right. It's just that you have no reason to do so because you probably enjoy the advantage of knowing first-hand how things work at Eestor, now FP. Albeit only indirectly, so nothing can be proven to you or the company. These are just speculations on my part. But if so, you can adjust your stock purchases/sales. So you can sleep peacefully knowing roughly what's going on. I remember days when FD and you, thanks to your euphoric mood on the relevant forums and later on "...", actually told the forum participants that Eestor/FP had a "diamond" in their hands. I have documented all of this. "Flying Pigs" etc. What ever happened to Prometic, a second company that was so successfully advertised? So, assuming you and FD were or are under NDA, are you even allowed to be in a forum like "..."?
4.
What about ASG or what about all the marketing companies/advertising agencies that Eestor had arranged? There was never another word about what became of the partnerships.
5.
As far as my statements to the company management are concerned: If the success/progress/breakthrough is always described in press releases as imminent and imminent and over a period of years and then success does not occur, then this is the case for the individual press release " "just an indication" that the truth was not being told about the condition/progress of the company. Since there were not just one or two, but many of these messages and over a very long period of time (over a decade), then one speaks of a chain of evidence. This chain of evidence ultimately provides circumstantial evidence that communication was not carried out properly. That, dear Fibb, is simply not how you treat your shareholders. You wouldn't want me to set you off every time.
6.
Then all these capital increases... We invested our hard-earned money in this company. Do you think it is right to communicate with us as described under point 5? What about all the promises, including those made by the boss on "..." last summer, that from then on there should be regular communication with the shareholders?
I think everyone should get an idea here. And everyone here shouldn't just hear your positive side about the company and its management. Of course, and please don't get me wrong, I'm happy about FP's progress. The only problem is that the management has devalued our money to such an extent through the many capital increases that I no longer hope for much capital growth for myself. Our invested money was “played” with too much for that. While the large investors can always re-invest their money at favorable conditions during capital increases and should therefore see strong growth if FP is successful, we small investors cannot do this. We were more or less forced out of the company by the increases. That is the bitter truth and which you should also accept, dear Fibb. By the way, Fibb: I begrudge you the advantage you may enjoy from knowing the boss. Just please be lenient for us when we complain. If we were to enjoy advantages, we would be able to adjust our investments accordingly and we would then be able to sleep better.
Now I am closing my statement and will not answer you again. Because it's just too difficult for me. I don't wish you anything bad. Stay healthy.
