Magpie had to decouple from its clingy so called friend after they turned out to be shallow and unreliable.
Yes Fancamp is the majority shareholers since Sheridan's 50% interest was bought out.
So, if Magpie succeeds as per the announcement made last July by KWG/CACR, it is a win win for First Nations, fancamp and Magpie shareholders. But instead, they choose to challenge and obstruct as per their chosen words in the MD&A. The concept of benefitting fancamp shareholders appears to have them mystified and unable to grasp.
The continual harassing of Smith must stop. He is overdue a massive apology imo and just compensation for all the good work he has done, especially shielding shareholders from the Scozinc /EDM plan of arrangement, sprung on shareholders in 2021. The comments made about the guy are well over any line.
