The TMF.

There are 3 TMF Commissioners (Judges) deliberating on the decision, as was the case for the Feb. 7, 2024 decision recently made available.

All based on the confines of the law. Changing a decision, if that is the case, must be based on very compelling evidence. Tantamount to an appeal process.
