RE:Toxic junk pile worthless stock🪦💀⚰️⚰️⚰️I think they will file, and probably earlier than the end of June now that the deadlock on the BoD was broken by the courts.

Definitely a live concern regarding who will buy into a new financing (which will be needed shortly per Q3 financials). It would be good to see management/ insiders take bigger positions. Shareholders need to see that there is confidence in any new direction proposed. 

Can't forget that there is still the investment in MarketWall so ALY will not be done by July.
